During the year preceding the exam, choose a moderate physical activity that suits you and satisfies you. Sport you choose you must first obtain pleasurable sensations.
Try to spend half your free time to practice your sport. Avoid the practice in the evening (except walking) as this may excite you and keep you from sleeping. ‘d Rather read a good book or a movie or a DVD.
Supply side, know that what you eat can be the ideal fuel (or more harmful) to your brain. It is therefore important to know your health food useful and beneficial to your brain resources.
The ideal is a balanced diet consisting of frequent small meals and of course without excess. Always a good breakfast of yogurt mixed with a spoonful of cereal, tea and some crackers or slices of bread with honey or jam and fruit. Remember that coffee slows digestion.
The lunch and dinner, call you a plate of cooked or raw vegetables, protein or grains. Remember to offer a little “snacks” in mid-morning or afternoon.
The meal should be a relaxing, so try not to think about what you have to study. Talk of subjects rather slight and unimportant.
Finally a good listener and respect your body. Do not resist if you feel tired. Do not sleep too late. The hours of sleep are needed to balance your nervous. If you have trouble falling asleep, use the least possible sleeping pills and if it is still under medical prescription.
